hey when i make the circle at the begining it does not make a new layer, i just stays on the background layer. Anything i can do,? thanks

Very nice, this is my new YT Icon, try see it. Only difference is that i couldn’t make the 2nd Circle smaller, as the lines didn’t appear for me, nor other people. All in all, 5/5. you deserve a sub great? man !
